As an independent and family-run company, we can play to our strengths. In particular, our close interaction between development, design, toolmaking and series production allows us to react flexibly and quickly to the needs of our customers.
Our production takes place on state of the art machines. With more than 40 Arburg injection molding machines, a profound automation with multi-axis robots and linear robot systems, as well as a fully automatic material feeding with integrated material drying, we are able to produce an extremely wide range of plastic parts for our customers.
We process all common plastics in our production. From semi-crystalline thermoplastics such as POM, PA, PP and PE to amorphous thermoplastics such as PC and ABS. Also Color batches and additives for the improvement of material properties are part of our service portfolio.
In addition to high-precision functional plastic parts, we also produce optical plastic parts for following PVD finishing, 2K plastic parts and plastic-metal composite parts. Our range of services also includes part assembly connected to our production.
